Your order is shipped by Australia Post.
All orders have a unique tracking number at Australia Post.
As an act of goodwill, we subsidise the “Australia Post shipping with tracking” fee to make it possible for you to contribute a reduced token rate of only $5 per pack.
You will receive a tracking number for your order once your order is picked and packed.
You can access your order’s progress by entering your tracking number at the Australia Post portal.

If your order has not arrived yet check the shipping progress – there may have been a delay.
Please be mindful when entering your address details – check your unit number and street address to avoid any delay or confusion for Australia Post staff.
Wholesale or Custom-Printed or Custom-Engraved stainless steel straws are shipped at cost – we pass on the Australia Post fees direct to you without any additional fee.
If your stainless steel straws arrive faulty or damaged, please take two images, even better a brief video, and get in touch promptly so we can best assess your situation and act swiftly to remediate your loss.
Shipping returns
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law – we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, first send us an email to info@ our website address, along with two (2) images and / or video file supporting your claim. Upon receipt of your email, we will reply with further instructions including the return address for the items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund application is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
