1. Defective or Damaged Items
We offer replacements for defective or damaged products only. If your stainless steel straws arrive damaged, broken, or unfit for use, we will gladly replace them with an identical order at no extra product cost to you.
- How to report a defect: Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your delivery, including your order number and a 2 photos of the damaged product.
2. Change of Mind
Due to hygiene and safety reasons regarding reusable food-and-drink products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for a change of mind. Please choose your items carefully before finalizing your purchase.
3. Return Shipping Costs
If you are required to send the original items back to us for inspection or processing, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
