Returns Refunds Policy

Returns and Refunds

We believe in providing business in “good faith” and “fair play” and are happy to work with you.

We offer refunds or replacement if

1 – the product is faulty

2 – the product arrives damaged

In either case we require photographic proof to support your claim.

Simply changing your mind is not sufficient cause for a refund or replacement.  Neither is unforeseeable delays in shipping beyond our control a reason for refund.

Once you have received your items, if you would like to make a claim, please notify us by email
info@stainlesssteelstraws.com.au immediately you notice the product is faulty or damaged.

Also, take a few shots on your phone.

We will clarify whether we require the products returned to finalise the matter.

A refund does not include original freight costs that have been consumed.

If you have ordered and your package has not shown up once a completed notification has been sent within 14 days, please send an email where we can make arrangements to refund or re-send your order.
